‘Practicing Inner Work & the Moving Dream Process’

‘Inner Work’, termed the core of Processwork, is  a process oriented practice described by Arny & Amy Mindell as following the flow of one’s own experiences by noticing the most obvious body movements and signals, as well as subtler dreamlike experiences, and the most subtle, almost ineffable feelings and tendencies occurring within and around us.”  They speak of it as a creative, dynamic mindfulness practice with our body offering itself as the point of access.

You are invited to join us in exploring how the body is ‘already in the dance’, bringing with you a sense of wonder, playfulness and curiosity.

Facilitation by Anne Hederman, influenced by Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms dance practice (www.5rhythms.com). Co-facilitation: Grace Walsh, Process Worker. Donations of €5 towards the cost of the room will be gratefully accepted. Please contact Grace Walsh at info@processworkireland.org  to book your place.
